    We prepare a comprehensive set of new furniture requirements, materials and accessories based on your standards. This takes into account key details such as storage, ergonomic, and electrical/data management requirements.

    We also prepare complete visual furniture mock-ups to help you make the right decisions quickly and build consensus within your business if necessary. We make this process seamless by supervising and coordinating with each individual supplier to show you the finished product.     We prepare comprehensive budget overviews based on your preliminary plans and product requirements. They include all estimated costs—storage, delivery, and installation—so there are no surprises.

    Each project is unique. We develop custom critical path schedules that show you exactly what will happen, when, and how. They clearly show the sequence of events, time allotments and necessary milestone dates for an on-time occupancy. We then co-ordinate with your design team and contractors to allow this to work.

    Delivery & Installation

    Drawing on our extensive experience, we manage the entire delivery and installation process. We will integrate ourselves into the professional team, working closely with all parties involved including architects and contractors, coordinating everyone’s efforts to improve reliability and efficiency.

     

    Our Project Managers take responsibility for every stage of the process, from pre- installation site surveys to punch list generation and resolution. We work around you and ensure business as usual, tailoring your delivery and installation
    to your exact needs

    Post Completion

    Our relationship isn’t over when we install your furniture – it’s just the beginning.

     

    We will provide all Operational & Maintenance Information for all products supplied.

     

    We will provide full product training to Facilities teams/ Office Managers on use of all product supplied.

     

    We will provide 1:1 training with all staff members on how to adjust and operate their new task chairs to ensure maximum ergonomic support.

     

    We will manage any warranty issues that arise and are committed to providing excellent day 2 customer service.
